BEGINNER REFORMER
Our Beginner Pilates class sets the foundation for all other levels. When you establish a solid understanding of the Pilates exercises you not only improve your Pilates practice but enhance your workout. Our Beginner class is suited or all bodies and all fitness levels. Although the Reformer will be the heart of this class, our instructors will also introduce you to the Mat repertoire and incorporate functional standing exercises. You will experience a full body workout that will both lengthen and strengthen your muscles leaving you feeling invigorated and wanting more.

INTERMEDIATE REFORMER
For those who already have an understanding of Pilates and movement this intermediate class will kick up your Pilates practice. It’s time to expand your repertoire and challenge your body while staying within the Pilates wheelhouse.

ADVANCED REFORMER
Advanced Pilates (must be approved):
The advanced work requires not only strength but stability, good balance is a must and a good workout is the outcome. If you have been practicing your intermediate exercises and feel ready to start the advanced work. Ask your instructor about testing into our advanced class level.

TRX REFORMER
This class will fuse the Reformer with the TRX* suspension trainer to give you a full body work out. The TRX* suspension trainer is scientifically proven to improve Strength and Stability. You will build full body strength and joint stability while challenging your core and balance in this well rounded combo class. Whether we take a Pilates approach or an athletic approach this class will leave you smiling and wanting more.

REFORMER STRENGTH
Flow through a sequence of slow, controlled exercises in this reformer-focused class. We strategically target major muscle groups to build functional strength. By utilizing the Reformer in innovative ways, we challenge your body and push you to improve your performance and strength.

REFORMER JUMPBOARD
Spice up your cardio with our Pilates jump board class. This class will get your heart rate up and your body temperature climbing. Jumping will improve your bone density and coordination while challenging your cardio vascular system. Because you are jumping from a lying position Pilates jump board reduces the load or impact on your joints making it more user friendly than jumping from standing. Whether we have you incorporate dumbbells, resistance bands, the small ball, magic circle or just let you jump around without props, you WILL leave this class glistening. We offer this jumping experience in both Beginner and Intermediate Levels.

MAT PILATES
Flow through traditional Joseph Pilates exercises with a contemporary twist. This class incorporates slow, controlled movements and may use small props to deepen your mind-body connection and improve your practice.

RESTORATIVE REFORMER
Our stretch class will use the Reformer as well as other equipment and props to help you lengthen your muscles and improve your joint range of motion. We may incorporate some foam rolling to work out fascial knots or simply stretch. Either way you will leave this class feeling both your mind and body have been rejuvenated and ready to tackle your next workout.
